He was predeceased by: his parents, Edria Grace Kruise Hensley and Everett Richard Hensley; his son Philip Adam Bradley; his siblings, Jeffrey W. Hensley, James Ray Hensley and Sue Ann Hensley Thompson; and his parents-in-law, Pete Hall and Mable Ruth Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda McDarment Bradley Hensley of Hanover, Indiana; his children, Edward Lee Adkins (Charles Killian) of Covington, Jonathan Creg Adkins (Helen) of Greenwood, Indiana and Amanda Campbell (Jeff) of Southport, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kari, Christopher, Michael, Sara, Rebecca, Benjamin and Madison; his sister Joyce Hensley of Panama City, Florida; and his sisters-in-law, Julie Hensley of Hanover, Beverly Mason (Gene) of Owenton and Troi Cunningham (Chuck) of Frankfort, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
