He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Cash Boldery of Madison, Indiana; his daughters, Kayla Humphrey (Doug) of Madison and Laurie Hatton (Bobby) of Lexington, Indiana; his goddaughters, Janet Ritenour (Charlie) of Milan, Lisa Watterson (Jeff) of Lexington and Margie McDonough (Tim) of Hanover, Indiana; his grandchildren, Miranda McBride (Kevin), Katie Humphrey, Jordan Ball, Alex Ball (Bethany), Jordan Hatton, Conner Hatton and Samantha Block (Ben); his great grandchildren, Nathen McBride, Chase McBride, Brayden Block, Colton Block and Auggie Williams; his brothers, Joseph Boldery of Madison and James Boldery of Hanover, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Don "Bud", Dorothy Cash of Madison, Steve Lewis (Shelly) of Madison, Indiana, Judi Boldery of Hanover and Linda Boldery of Seymour, Indiana.
