He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Creech Simmonds; his grandchildren, Johnathan Simmonds (Stephanie) and Brittany Fryer; his great grandchildren, Lacie Mertz, Chance Ross and Lilly May Simmonds; and his cousin Jackie Means (Bobby) of Madison, Indiana.
