She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Percy Annis and Pauline Cawthon Annis; her son Richard Nelson Hendren; her granddaughters, Sabrina Sue Carter, Billie Joe Moorre and Elizabeth Hendren; her daughter-in-law Tina L. Osborne Hendren; and her sister Mary Ellen Annis Proctor.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Ellen Combs of Madison, Susan Lynn Hendren of Madison, Indiana, David Kent Hendren of Madison, Kerry Alan Hendren (Kimberly) of Madison and Lee Edward Hendren (Tammy) of Hendersonville. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
