She is survived by: her father Ronald N. Phillips of Hanover, Indiana; her brother Bradley Phillips (Cheyanne Davis) of Madison, Indiana; her niece Isabella Rose Phillips; her grandmothers, Merrilee Phillips O'Neil of Hanover, Sue Armand (Rick) of Madison and Susan Sommer Anderson of Lexington, Indiana; her aunts and uncles, Cathy (Daniel Whitaker), Shari (Les Carter), Tim (Melinda Anderson) and Ryan (Stacy Payne); and her cousins, Chris, Katrina Whitaker of Lexington, Lia and Chloe Payne of Austin, Indiana.
