She was predeceased by: her mother Shelia Withers (Bell); her uncle Richard VanWye; her sister Crystal Lock; and her grandparents, Roy Bell, Ralph Lock, Stella Bell and Marcella Brooks.
She is survived by: her father Darrell Lock, Sr.; her niece Starr; her daughters, Hailey Collins of Hanover and Paisley Lock of Hanover; her stepmother Lisa Lock of Hanover; her brother Darrell Lock, Jr. (Ashlee) of Madison; her stepsiblings, Christi Adams (Robert) of Lexington, Jennifer Hostetler (Ryan) of New Washington, Indiana and Buddy Law (Kristina) of Lexington; her grandmother Shirley Lock of Madison; her stepfather Brian Withers of Madison; her aunts and uncles, Cynthia Mann (Kevin) of Madison, Doris VanWye of Madison, Beth Walters of Hanover, Ronnie Bell (Susan) and Wayne Maddox; her nieces and nephews, Dawson, Mason, Jacob, Reed, Emalyn, Alli, Dayton, Brayden and Willow; and also, Starr and Levi Romans of Hanover.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, Vail Chapel (117 Holt Dr, Madison, IN 47250). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location.
