He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmer, Janice Farrington, Miguel and San Juana Salazar. He is survived by: his parents, Juan Pablo and Jenny Lynn Farrington Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his son Max Quinton Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his sisters, Melissa Ann Wilson (Edward) of Madison and Jessi-Michaela Aline Salazar of Hanover, Indiana; his nieces, Ava Marie Thomas and Brianna Nicole Wilson; his aunts and uncles, Alex, Samantha Salazar, Gary, Darlene Farrington, JoAnn and Bill Grimshaw; and his great-uncles and great-aunts, Manuel Salazar, Esther Salazar, Tomasa Santiago, Juana, Oscar Herrera, Jose Garibay, Guadalupe Garibay and Edith Middleton. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other relatives.
