He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Latta and Lulu Latta (Aaron); his spouse Alwilda Williams; his daughter Susan Wallace; his grandchildren, Brad Latta and Crystal; his sons-in-law, Herrold Miller and Terry Williamson; and his siblings, Velda Artist, Mabel Gorski, Floyd Latta, Wanda Rogers and Mitchell Latta.
He is survived by: his children, Lois Talley (Jim) of Valparaiso, Dianna Miller of Westville, Karen Smith (Roger) of Portage, David Latta (Vickie) of Lake Station, Lisa Jankowski (Ryan) of Wanatah, Roger Latta (Jackie) of Wanatah, Renae Latta (Thomas) and Tonia Latta of Hanna; and his brothers, Earl Latta and Melvin Latta. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
