She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence W. Cristy and H. Caroline Holland Cristy; and her brother Dennis. She is survived by: her brothers, David, Bradley and Roger; her husband David Jacobs; her daughters, Brenda Hulse (Terry) and Laurel Wilson; her granddaughters, Kayla Polinsky (Adrian Reyes) and Hannah Wilson; and her brother Brad Cristy (Kathy). She is also survived by nieces, nephew, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
