He is survived by: his parents, Terry West (Kathy) of La Porte and Lori Smutzer (Berg) of Hanna; his daughters, Katrina and Sienna West; the mother of his children Heather Kabowski; his sons, Braxton and Bradyen West; the mother of his children Heather West; and his sister Chantiel West.
