He is survived by: his spouse Frances Kutch; his children, Jennifer Metzger (David) and Kate Wilhelm (Chuck); his granddaughters, Eva Kay, Riley Jean and Allyson Isabelle; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Bradley, April, Justin and Jack Metzger; his siblings, Donna Eaton (Bill) of Union Mills, Donald "Bub" Wolff (Diane) of Union Mills, Carol Howell (Dave) of Union Mills and Marjorie "Honey" Baske (Robert) of Hanna; his nieces and nephews, Suzi Troyer (Kevin), Lori White (Norman), Richard Wolff, Mark Eaton, Michael Eaton (Dena), Corey Eaton, David Howell (Jamie), Kris Hayes (Jim) and Scott Baske (Trudy); and his child Riley Hospital Drive of Indianapolis, IN.
