He is survived by: his parent Beverly Gill (Bales); his spouse Gail Cook; his sons, Ken Wolford (Kerrie Spitler) of La Porte, Kris Wolford of Chicago and Jeremy Miller (Belanna Laduke) of Michigan City, Indiana; his grandchildren, Braelynn Clezie and Willow Miller; his stepparents, Dwight Gill of La Porte, Indiana. and Cathy Wolford of Florida; his siblings, Cheryl Kolasa (Casey) of Monee, Illinois, John Wolford of La Porte, Indiana and Robert Wolford (Laurie) of La Porte, Indiana; and his parents-in-law, Dale and Dorothy Cook of La Porte, Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
