He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Donald Vance Sr.; his wife JoAnn Emery Vance; his sons, Allen Paul Vance, Jr. (Kathy) of Wanatah, IN, Billy J. Vance (Melissa) of Union Mills, IN and Micky D. Vance of Hanna, IN; his grandchildren, Marcus Vance, Ashlie Walters (Brett), Katelyn Vance, Samantha Vance and Nikki Vance; his son Ricky Vance; his siblings, Donald Vance, Jr., Ruth Donna McCarty and Mary Tonagel; and his grandchild Baby Briane.
