Blackwell, Jr. (Laura); her grandchildren, Lesa Peters (Mark), John Scott Blackwell, Jr. (Crystal Coe), Jeremiah Wayne Biddle (Nicole), Marylin Lucinda Winslow (Scott) and Abigail Benna Hill (David); her husband James E. Blackwell, Sr.; her son John Scott Blackwell; her parents, John Allen and Mary Elizabeth Brogdon; and her siblings, Robert Brogdon, John Brogdon, Melvin Brogdon, Roland Brogdon and Mary Ann Missal.

She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lou Mulder. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
