He was predeceased by: his father John Petrulak; and his in-laws, Robert and Phyllis Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his mother Dorothy Petrulak; his siblings, Debbie Petrulak (Carolyn Knight), Kermit Petrulak (Shannon) and Tammy Watson (Tim); and his sister-in-law Patty Szafranski (Harry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
