It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William R. Fowle Sr. of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Fowle and Elizabeth Fowle. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Fowle (Helen Nester), Eric Fowle and William Fowle (Isabella Rodriguez); his grandchildren, Alex, Joshua, Alyssa, Brody, Lilah and Olivia; his sisters, Marlene McDonald, Betty Rohn and Lorraine Stewart; his close friend Fran Riley; and his wife Phyllis Zielinski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bocken Funeral Home (7042 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323). A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
