He was predeceased by: his wife Lucille; his sons, Larry Evans Novak, David William Bush and Gordon Lee Bush; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Shevchenko (Delores) and Melvin.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Allen" Bush (Renee) and Glenn E. Novak; his granddaughters, Christine Panici (Lou), Laura Bush and Tara Leonard (Jason); his sister-in-law Iris Gifford (late Donald); his daughter-in-law Barbara Bush (late Gordon); and his caregivers, Virginia Coleman, Penny Taylor, Danielle Hunter and Melinda Dunlap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
