He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerrit Schreurs and Mary Schreurs; his sisters, Dorothy, Vivian and Sandy; and his pet Jozie.

He is survived by: his wife Debra L. Schreurs; his children, Sherry Young, Kenneth Young (Jenn), Annette Wilcox (Brian) and Richard Schreurs; and his grandchildren, Angel, Jazmine, Tory of Tony, JJ and Alexis.
