He is survived by: his wife Irma Gutierrez Zamudio; his children, Maria Zamudio (Mat Leal), David Lugo (Elizabeth O'Boyle) and Tina Jones (Charlie); his grandchildren, Angel Smith (Austin), Cassie Lugo, Charlie Jones and Wolf Melbrant; his siblings, Patricia Mendoza (Felipe) and Abel Zamudio Almanza (Leticia); his siblings-in-law, David Gutierrez, Anthony Gutierrez (Elizabeth), Anita Gutierrez, Detrah Gutierrez, Irene Montague and Vicki Garcia (Fernando); his son Juan Magallanes; and his brothers-in-law, Benny Gutierrez, Jr., Ernie Gutierrez and Ricky Lopez. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
