She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michalak and Verna Michalak; her sister Larissa; her brother-in-law Donald Nevroske; her aunt Barbara; her uncle William Jones (Bill); and her mother-in-law Lillie Pustek.
She is survived by: her husband Steven D. Pustek; her sons, Steven R. Pustek (Julia) and Joseph Pustek; her father-in-law Steven C. Pustek; her granddaughter Mila Pustek; her siblings-in-law, Carol Rushston (Peter) and Andy Pustek (Kristie); and her brother Johnny Michalak. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
