He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Croak. He is survived by: his father Dennis Croak Sr.; and his siblings, Carol Blahnik (Thomas) and Dennis Croak Jr.. He is also survived by 2 nephews, one niece, 3 aunts, and one uncle.
