He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lukacek and Lucille Lukacek; his siblings, John F., Christopher J. and Mary Ellen Lukacek; and his nephew Andrew Lukacek.
He is survived by: his brother Mark Lukacek (Tammy); his niece Felicia; his nephews, Mark and Matthew; and his cousin Kimmie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
