He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kuta and Rose Kuta; his wife Rosalie; his son Teddy Jr.; and his sisters, Dolores Peterson and Carol Kuta.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Barrins (Thomas), Geraldine Vogeler (Robert) and Elizabeth Opyt (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Joseph Soltis, Jr., Ella Dutton (Jonathan) and Alyssa Lunsford; his great grandchild Greyson; and his brother Donald Kuta. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
