We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2022, Stephan Szakacs of Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Szakacs and Rose Szakacs; and his siblings, Joseph Szakacs (Eleanor), Andrew Szakacs (Barbara), Helen Szakacs, Rose Kocur (John), Margaret Mytych (Edward) and Anna Bray (Jack).
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Szakacs (late Judith) and John Szakacs (late Mary Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lake County Honor Guard, care of Solan Pruzin Funeral Home.
