He is survived by: his children, Paul Ray Culbertson, Cynthia Thomas (James) and Samantha Blankenship (Jason); his grandchildren, Joshua Culbertson, Jonathan Wagner (Julienne), Jasmine Thomas, Michael Wagner, Emily Wagner, Noah Thomas, Brian Culbertson, Alex Culbertson and Jordan Culbertson (Shyanne); his great grandchildren, Lydian, Dezerus, Jocelynn, Hudson, Evelyn and Hattie Mae; his siblings, Fern Dockery (late Fred), Howard Culbertson (late Diane), Jean Richardson (Larry) and Thelma Culbertson; and his pet Rockford El Mutt Hound. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
