She was predeceased by: her husband Eli John Morariu; her parents, Harry Ewers and Julia Movinski; and her sisters, Patricia Ewers and Marilyn Elkins.
She is survived by: her children, Janis Morariu (Kay Christiansen), Sharon Sloan (Michael Sloan) and Harry Morariu; her grandchildren, Dennis Stevenson (Nicola Moore), Melissa Morariu (Don Green) and Brandon Morariu (Sarah Morariu); her great grandchildren, Isabella Morariu, Aiden Morariu, Benjamin Morariu, Miles Morariu and Elliott Morariu; her siblings, Wayne Ewers (late Lela) and Sharon Rios-Araiza (Sebastian Araiza Martinez); and her caregivers, Susan Alcazar, Josie Hawkins, Andrea Butler and Donna Oliver-White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and cousins.
