He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wojciechowski and Anne Wojciechowski; and his siblings, Richard Wojciechowski and Loretta York. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Wojciechowski; his children, Eric Wojciechowski (Sandra) and Lisa Rain Phoenix; his stepchildren, Dennise Ivey (Adam), Shawn Brown and Tracy Wargo (Jerime); and his siblings, Thomas Wojciechowski (Gloria) and Eileen Malia. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
