Rita Houston Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Houston of Hammond, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Rita shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Rita farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father James Sprague. She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her mother Ruth Sprague; her brother Jim Sprague (Gail); her daughter Kimberly Moorman (Aaron); and her grandson RJ Moorman.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oswego Presbyterian Church (1976 IL-25, Oswego, IL 60543).
