He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Gomez (Rafael) and Trinity Sylvest (Lance); his grandchildren, Avari Carlisle, Caleb Nevarez, Ariana Cruz, Kari Sylvest and Rafael Gomez Jr.; and his siblings, CJ Akural, Bambi Matthews, Evelyn Bryant (Curtis) and Robert Cline. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
