He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cavanaugh and Thelma Cavanaugh; his son Eric Cavanaugh; and his grandson Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Cavanaugh; his daughter Jennifer Salka (Edward); his grandchildren, Tiffani Johnson (Greg Kowalski), Zachary Johnson and Bradley Salka (Sarah Jacoby); his great grandchildren, Corban, Daniel and David; and his sister Maureen Woodward (Dick). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and several other beloved relatives.
