He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Cuadra and Francisca Cuadra; and his sister Odulia Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Monica De Fatima Cuadra; his children, Edgar Cuadra (Brenda Cardona), Eberardo Cuadra (Johanna Charles), Lesly Busby (Donald) and Roger Cuadra; his grandchildren, Estevan M. Cuadra, Nia A. Cuadra, Antonella Cuadra, Giulietta Cuadra, Milan R. Busby, Alessio A. Busby, Mailani and Melina Cuadra; and his siblings, Alfredo Cuadra, Francisco Cuadra, Rosa Robles, Patricia Gomez, Maria Cuadra and Adela Tapia.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
