He was predeceased by: his brothers, Joseph O'Keefe, Mike O'Keefe (Debbie) and Jim O'Keefe; his father-in-law Wayne Szanyi; and his parents, Eugene O'Keefe (Dorothy) and Josephine Prucak.
He is survived by: his wife Karen O'Keefe; his daughter Brittney O'Keefe (Aaron Wigsmoen); his siblings, Jean Nikruto (Eugene), Harold O'Keefe (Cathy) and Shawn O'Keefe (Shannon); his half-brothers, Nick Prucak (Debbie) and Pete Prucak; his stepsiblings, Miles, Rodney, April Cotillier and Johnny Hughes, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Gail Szanyi, Joan Forsythe (Bill), Tim and Robert Szanyi; and his nephew Joe Nikruto. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
