We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2021, Patricia Washick of Hammond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband William Washick; her son William Washick Jr.; and her grandson Robert Washick. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Washick (Fred Ebner); and her sister Sylvia Jagielski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and precious pet.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Lung Association http://www.lung.org would be appreciated.
