She is survived by: her children, Jack III, Dawn, Adam and Anthony Waugaman; her grandchildren, Brittany, Katie, Craig, Jr., Jacob, Julian, Bryanna, Damian, Anthony Jr. and Kaylee; her great grandchild Ilya "Frankie"; her pets, Lady, Maci and Candy; and her sister Diane Parker. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
