It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman L. Wiening of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ervin Wiening, Roland Wiening and Elaine Allen. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Rick Wiening (Maria) and Kristen Devenny (Bryan); his grandchildren, Katie Wiening, Derrick Wiening, Tyler Devenny and Dylan Devenny; and his close friend Luke Hackett. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
