She is survived by: her brother Jay Polen (Barbara); her sister-in-law Margaret Sharp; her nieces and nephews, Douglas Woodward Polen, Ryan Polen (Erin), Ashley Sharp (Briana), Corrie Sharp and Carin Fraley; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby, Ben, Drew, Grace, Jack, Andrew, Will, Caitlyn and Cristyn; and her close friend Gracie.
