He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Spisak and Heidi Liesenfelt; his brothers, Andrew Liesenfelt (Jamie), Christopher Spisak (Raylene), Daniel Spisak and Marternal; his grandmothers, Elizabeth Liesenfelt and Monica Spisak; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Liesenfelt (Holly), Barbara Martin (Paul), Vicki Allen (Jeff), Steven F. Spisak, Elsa Spisak (Rick) and David Spisak (Renee). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
