He was predeceased by: his father Louis Ortiz Jr.; his sister Samantha Ortiz; and his nephew Omari Henderson. He is survived by: his mother Luz Ortiz; his fiancé Danica Bender; his stepson R. J.; his sons, Elijah and Christopher; the mother of his children Amanda Loveland; and his siblings, Alma Ortiz, Jose Ortiz, Louis Ortiz, Elizabeth Casas (Jesse) and Angel Rosario (Danni). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
