He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Johnson, Sr. and Jean Johnson of Hammond, IN.; and his siblings, Elden Johnson and Denise Gallo (late John). He is survived by: his children, Abbi Johnson, Kaci Morris (Benjamin), Jodi Tobias (Aaron), Kelli Mikuly and Michael Mikuly (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Cory Mikuly, Jessi Tobias, Victor Mikuly, Andrew Tobias, Reilleigh Morris, Adriana Mikuly, Tristan Morris and Emrsyn Mikuly; and his sisters, Linda Cawthron (Herman) and Julia Hendricks (Mark).
