He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia M. Ratley; his children, Rich, Sandi and Mike Ratley; and his great grandchild Zakk Bartell.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gwen Cadieux (Jesse Huskisson), Tish Bartell (Donnie), Dr. Samantha Atkins (Joe) and Luke Ratley; his great grandchildren, Greg Randhan, Justin Vasquez, Tabitha Williamson, William Randhan, Richard Randhan and Aaron White; and his daughters-in-law, Rita Ratley and Marilyn White (Tony).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of the Calumet Area or Shriners Children's Hospital.
