It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lori Ann Payne of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Lori Ann's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lori Ann has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her parents, Donald Payne and Mary Ann Payne; her children, Jesslyn Grube and Mark Layne Jr.; and her pet Charlie.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Northwest Indiana to honor her memory and love of animals.
