He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Townley; his parents, Fred Townley and Pernie Townley; his children, Richard Townley and Leona Kay Townley; his brother-in-law Bill Vandersteen; and his nieces, Colleen Billingsley and Tara Storey.
He is survived by: his grandchild Ashley Ann Townley; his siblings-in-law, Judy Vandersteen and Jerry Storey; his nieces, Rhonda Wilson (Jeff), Cammie Benson and Kelly Storey Richardson; his nephew-in-law Garner Billingsley; his nephew Robert Townley; and also Josh Medina (Josalyne).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bocken Funeral Home (7042 Kennedy Ave, Hammond, IN 46323). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
