It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Konstantinos E Stasis of Hammond, Indiana, who passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Konstantinos shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Konstantinos farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He is survived by: his wife Margarita Stasis; his sons, Angelo Stasis (Nina) and Steve Stasis; his granddaughter Margarita; his siblings, Niko Stasis, Eleni Kritouli and Despina Oikonomou (Angelo); and his nieces and nephews, Eleni Oikonomou and Apostoli Oikonomou (Anastasia). He is also survived by many family members and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (7021 Hohman Ave, Hammond, IN 46324). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
