She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence Jachim; and her mother Doris. She is survived by: her daughter Laura McCulloch (Lawrence); and her granddaughter Clare Farlekas (Stephen).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burns Kish Funeral Homes & Cremations - Munster (8415 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
