She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wells; her parents, Carl Midkiff and Mary Midkiff; her daughter Julie Wells; her granddaughter Rhea Wells; her siblings, Sandra Willardo, Kimberly Midkiff and Michael Midkiff; and her nephew Michael Willardo.
She is survived by: her children, Edward C. Wells, Melissa H. Wells and Nicole M. Wells; her brother Carl R. Midkiff; and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Rickey, Pailey, Katie, Courtney and Daniel. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
