He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Lawrence and Anne Lawrence; his wife Judy Lawrence; and his siblings, Michael Lawrence, Jr., Christopher Lawrence, Lawrence Lawrence, Caroline Smith and Constance Zakarias.

He is survived by: his children, Penny Lawrence, Vincent Lawrence and Joseph Lawrence, Jr. (Danielle); his grandchildren, Brianna Eisenhardt (Jonathan), Vincent Lawrence, Vanessa Lawrence, Joshua Lawrence (Renee), Alyssa Lawrence, Kayla Lawrence, Alexis Fant and Cheyanne Fant; his great grandchildren, Laken, Easton, Brett, Natalie, Liana, Stevie, Leah, Alayah, Isaiah Jr., Elijah and Jordan; and his sisters, Arlene Halvorsen and Betty Hixon Fond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
