He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Smith (Lisa) of Estill Springs, TN, Jim Smith (Debbie) of Huntland, TN, Cheryl Otsuka (Steve) of Winchester, TN, Marybeth Nicolaides of Cowan, Christine Renaud (Dave) of Crossville, TN and Sue Klembara (Dan) of Winchester, TN.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
