He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his parents, James Skeen and Bernice Henry; and his siblings, Joan Jencks-Rowe and Cal Skeen.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Smith (Dave), Diane Darrough (late Don), Patricia Clark, Margaret Nugent and Jonna Dosado (Anthony); and his brother Jerry Skeen (late Judy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
