He is survived by: his children, Sandi Mescall Edge, Jack Mescal and Jeff Mescal; his stepchildren, Terri Goodman (John), Darlene Fultz, Richard Novak (Ginny) and David Novak; his grandchildren, Sara Edge, Zachary Edge, Tommy Goodman (Valerie), Tammy Richards (Quim), Johnny Goodman (Kristi), Paul Martinez (Anna), Jason Martinez (Michele), Nicolas Mescal, Brandon Mescal, Hailey Mescal, Noah Mescal, Jissica Mescal, Shawn Novak and Tony Novak; his nephew Thomas R. Charlton; and his niece Terri Charlton Harris. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
