He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Osborne; his mother Aurelia Manns; and his grandparents, Harold and Maybelle Osborne. He is survived by: his children, Angel Moss (Germaine) and Nancy Moss (Jacob); his grandchildren, Brianna, Heaven, Nevaeh, Layla and Liam; his father John S. Osborne (Cheryl); his siblings, Mark Osborne (Patricia), Sandra Mangel (David), Julie Brock (Greg), Sharon Morris (Jeff), Robert Manns (Ashley) and Jason Osborne (Denise); his stepsiblings, Maureen Baran, Barbara Hensley, Tim Hensley, Robert Hensley, Bryan Hensley, Kevin Benson, Chuck Manns, Debby Seldomridge and Dale Manns; and his stepmother Judy Osborne. He is also survived by numerous aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
